Hi there!
If you know me, you know one thing for sure — I love doing laundry. Some might even say I have a little bit of an obsession with it! With three children (and all their friends who seem to live at our house on weekends), the joke has always been that they “check in on Friday and by Sunday their laundry’s done.” It’s something I’ve always enjoyed — that fresh, folded, clean feeling brings me joy!
Now that my kids are older, more independent, and chasing their own dreams, I’ve found myself ready to turn that lifelong love into something more. I’ve always been a people person who loves helping others — whether it’s running errands, organizing a home, or simply being that reliable person you can count on. Sure, you can use Instacart or a delivery app, but it’s different when you have someone you truly know and trust handling your personal needs.
And of course, I can’t forget my other family — my four King Charles Cavalier Spaniels! They’re my girls, my heart, and they’ve taught me more about loyalty and love than I ever imagined.
When I started thinking about turning this passion into a business, my sister immediately said, “I’d love to be part of that!” So together, we created Two Blondes & a Basket — a laundry and concierge service that’s more than just pickup and drop-off. We’re here to make life easier, one load (or one errand) at a time.
