Client Service Waiver & Liability Release

1. Consent to Service & Home Entry
I authorize Two Blondes & a Basket to perform agreed-upon services, including entering my home or designated area for pickup, drop-off, errands, or pet care.
2. Liability for Personal Property
Two Blondes & a Basket is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing wear, faulty appliances, unsecured items, unsafe home conditions, or issues unrelated to handled services.
3. Laundry Services Agreement
Laundry is washed using standard care unless special instructions are provided. The company is not responsible for shrinkage, color-bleeding, or manufacturer defects.
4. Errands & Shopping Centers
Client is responsible for all costs of purchased goods. The company is not liable for product shortages or store errors.
5. Pet Drop-In Visits
Client confirms pets are healthy and safe to handle. Company is not liable for pet-caused injuries, escapes, or unrelated medical issues.
6. Release of Liability
Client releases Two Blondes & a Basket from any claims related to injury, loss, theft, or accidents unless caused by proven negligence.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a fee.
8. Payment Agreement
Client agrees to pay for services at the time of delivery or invoicing.
9. Photo/Update Consent
Client may opt in or out of receiving photo updates of pets or services.
10. Item Damage, Replacement & Liability Policy
If an item is damaged due to proven negligence, Two Blondes & a Basket will replace it at its everyday retail price. This excludes pre-damaged items, unsafe conditions, pet-related damage, or specialty items not identified in writing.
